Practice Setting:
- Stand-alone combined ER/Urgent Care (Open 24/7)
- ER operates 24 hours; Urgent Care operates from 7 AM to 9 PM
- Support from 2 nurses, technicians, and NPs or PAs
- No ambulance patients
Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts available (7 AM – 7 PM, 7 PM – 7 AM); 24-hour shifts optional
- Dedicated call room provided for overnight shifts
