Basis of Employment: Employment is part-time 25-35 hours a week with potential to grow to a full-time position.

Job Summary/ Typical Day
Learn and assist in window cleaning techniques for residential and commercial properties.
Work alongside seasoned professionals to master the use of various tools and equipment, ensuring streak-free results.
Collaborate effectively with the team to exceed client expectations and provide exceptional service.
Prioritize safety and adhere to industry standards to maintain a secure work environment.
Support the team in various tasks, continuously expanding your knowledge and skillset.
Qualifications
• Enthusiasm for learning and a can-do attitude.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Capacity to work comfortably at heights (with appropriate safety measures).
• No prior experience needed; we’ll provide comprehensive training.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – at least 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work outside in the Texas heat
