Job description: Must be Bilingual in both English and Spanish. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, professional receptionist to join our pediatric clinic! You’ll play a crucial role as the face and first point of contact for our organization. Other responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, scheduling emails, managing mail and deliveries, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations. We have part-time and full-time positions available. You must be able to work until 6:30 pm a couple of days per week, and possibly Saturdays until 2:30 pm. All applicants must live in or near Austin, TX to be considered. Responsibilities: • Complete other administrative duties as needed such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. • Keep the front office secure by ensuring all visitors follow the proper sign-in procedures • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information • Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information Qualifications: • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent • Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills • Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations • Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills • Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish About Company: Kidtherapy is a multidisciplinary outpatient pediatric clinic that is therapist-owned and managed. We do only clinic-based services and a small amount of teletherapy. KidTherapy’s pediatric therapy facility has over 4,000 square feet of fully equipped space. We offer two sensory gyms, an orthopedic gym, and four private treatment rooms.
