This position requires graduation from an accredited four year college or university with major course work in a field related to Business Administration, Public Administration or Real Estate plus five (5) years of experience in the development of contract specifications, monitoring contract performance, compiling and calculating figures, and complex administrative functions, including two (2) years of lead or supervisory experience in the maintenance, operation and/or repair of building systems.
