You’ll be traveling around the area and working at job sitesOperating equipment under the supervision of trained professionalsBe a team player who will do whatever it takes to win for you, your team and the organizationAbility to listen well and follow instructions closelyAbility to grind it out every day knowing that hard work is rewardedWhat is required to join our team as a Field Operator:Previous construction equipment operation experience or other related fields requiredSafely operate industrial tractorsMeet specified injection timelinesInspect tractors before and after useCommunicate the need for maintenance or repairAdhere to safety policies and proceduresPerforms strenuous labor often under adverse conditionsOther duties as assigned by the supervisorValid driver’s requiredPhysical requirements:The position lifts heavy objects and/or up to 50 lbs., walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor.The employee lifts, pushes, pulls or carries objects; uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue; and effectively lifts and carries heavy loads.The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand and arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination.
