This role is not eligible for any benefits under any benefit plan of PayPal, PayPal Affiliates, or their respective successors and assigns.Location:Austin, TX or Chicago, IL are preferred for a hybrid schedule, but will consider remote USA candidates working CST hoursResponsibilities:A Full Stack Developer is responsible for managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment, maintaining and upgrading the software following deployment, managing the end-to-end life cycle for the production of software and applications, overseeing and guiding the analyzing, writing, building, and deployment of software, overseeing the automated testing and providing feedback to management during the development process, modifying and testing changes to previously developed programs.Full Stack Developer Skills and Qualifications:

  • Front-end technology: Expertise in front-end technologies, including JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5 and third-party libraries such as React Js, Angular, and jQuery.
  • Basic design ability: Including knowledge of UI/UX and basic prototype design.
  • Server: Experience working with Nginx servers with a solid background in Linux and Kubernetes.
  • 6+ years of experience in designing and writing understandable, testable, and easy-to-maintain software (Ruby, Ruby on Rails).
  • 3+ years of experience with relational databases (ideally PostgreSQL).
  • Focus on building solutions utilizing an agile approach: close relationships with Product Managers and Program Managers communicating and digesting real time feedback.
  • Ability to expand to new domains and be able to pick up and contribute quickly.
  • Deep knowledge of industry design patterns and object-oriented programming.
  • Commitment to operational excellence through the development of automation, instrumentation of code, and monitoring solutions.
  • Familiarity with pair programming.
  • Familiarity with TDD.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $63.00/hour-$83.00/hourBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K
