Athena Manufacturing LP is hiring for a Press Brake Operator for the day shift, Monday-Friday 6:00 am-2:30 pm, pay depends on experience.
Job Description: Excellent trainee position for anyone looking for a career in manufacturing. Press brake operators use a computer numeric controlled (CNC) press brake that makes precision bends, punches, or cuts into material according to manufactures drawings (blueprints). Previous experience requested.
Equipment: Personal computers, Amada HD S 1303NT, Amada RG 80 Press Brake, Amada RG 5020 Press Brake
Physical Requirements:
Essential physical requirements pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, include and are not limited to the following:
• Strength — (Heavy)- Exert up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force constantly to move objects.
• Movement- climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, twisting, bending
• Auditory- talking and hearing
• Vision-near acuity, far acuity, depth perception, color vision, field of vision
• Environment conditions and physical surroundings-noise, vibration, atmospheric conditions
