Job description: Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Office Operations Events & Hospitality Lead to join Procore’s Office Operations department at our Austin, TX office. In this role, you’ll plan and execute events hosted by Procore. As an Office Operations Events and Hospitality Lead, you’ll work alongside the Office Operations and Facility team and will partner with a wide range of departments to ensure successful and memorable events. You will interact with a diverse employee population troubleshooting issues, and requests, and assisting with various event types. Successful candidates will be organized, proactive, and able to prioritize a wide range of tasks. No two days will be the same for this position. A strong customer service attitude is required!What you’ll do:Manage multiple events per week, of various sizes and complexity, from conception through completion by overseeing expense management, planning communication, event execution, and guest satisfaction.Lead pre-event planning with internal stakeholders leaders to help curate their event for onsite and offsite activities and meet their strategic objectives and vision.Participate in and supervise on-site set-up, strike, and management of suppliers/vendors involved.Lead with a hospitality-focused mindset and develop strong relationships with internal and external customers and business partners.For hybrid/virtual meetings, work in collaboration with all necessary stakeholders such as the Procore IT Team, Internal Comms, Facilities Operations, etc, to ensure all necessary functionality is in place and provide needed support and troubleshooting during the meeting.Create and maintain digital collateral such as event website landing pages, email reminders, Slack channels, etc.Track internal and external events details and communication through Procore’s internal ticketing system and event orders.Exercise strict monitoring, documentation, and timely payout of event expenses on behalf of internal teams and assist with and perform other duties as assigned within Workplace Experience as neededIdeal candidates will have:5+ years of experience working in a professional event, hospitality, or software company environment, workplace experience is a strong plusAbility to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple events throughout the week and meet deadlines with speed and agility.Self-starter with the ability to work with all types of personalities and collaborate in a team-based environment.Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills with incredible attention to detail and respect for confidential information.Quality presentation skills, communication, interpersonal, problem solving, and customer service skills.Ability to manage budgets via Excel or Google Sheets. Strong math skills with the ability to organize, analyze, and interpret data.Demonstrated competence in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Canva, Jira, Coupa, Concur, or similar software systems.Strong commitment to hospitality-first mindset with a ‘get to yes’ customer service approach while always keeping in mind employee engagement and company growthPhysical requirements:● Ability to lift 50 lbs.Additional InformationBase Pay Range $62,560 – $86,020. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role.
