We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses effective communication skills to interact with employees and management. Our payroll analysts will play a crucial role in ensuring that payroll processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant with regulations. You will combine your analytical skills with technical expertise to manage and improve payroll systems, support employees, and provide valuable insights to the organization.What you will do:
- Payroll Processing: Execute accurate and timely payroll processing for our diverse workforce, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze payroll data, identify trends, and generate insightful reports to support strategic decision-making.
- System Maintenance: Maintain and update payroll systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations. Utilize Slack and Dropbox for effective communication and document management.
- Compliance and Audit: Assist in audits and ensure payroll practices align with legal requirements and internal policies.
Qualifications for Success:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Familiarity with modern technology tools such as Slack, Dropbox, and ERP systems.
- Advanced skills and experience in MS Excel
