You’ll play a leadership role in a high volume, focused and performance driven call center where the goal is always to connect with members and enhance the customer experience. This is no small opportunity.This position would support 3-6 Supervisors could go up to 8 supervisors, 90-100 Premier Advocates, and 3-5 Premier Clients. Position is responsible for coaching and development of leaders. Position manages performance of consumer services MBO’s and employee engagement. Position supports and fosters partner and client relationships as to enhance the Premier Client Service.This position is full-time, Monday – Friday. Employees are required to work any 8-hour shift schedule within our normal business hours of 7:00am – 7:00pm CST.Our office is located at 1311 W President George Bush Hwy Richardson, TX 75080. Employees will be required to work some days onsite and some days days from home as required by Director.*All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and be accountable for professional employees and/or supervisors
  • Manages a team of dedicated agents and leaders supporting Premier customers
  • Coordinate and supervise daily/weekly/monthly activities of team members
  • Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met such as: Quality, Service Level, AHT
  • Coordinate work activities with other supervisors, managers, departments, etc.
  • Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment
  • Provide expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and/or providers
  • Manage and accountable for professional employees and / or supervisors
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and annual performance reviews as well as formal corrective action

  • High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age older
  • 3+ years of call center experience
  • 2+ years of supervisor, business manager or workforce manager experience within a healthcare organization
  • Experience with Windows PC applications and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work any 8-hour shift schedule within our normal business hours of 7:00am – 7:00pm CST

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of call center systems such as CMS, IEX, CTI and TCS
  • Understanding of call center performance metrics and measurements
  • Claims processing experience
  • Building and fostering client relationships

  • Reside within commutable distance of 1311 W President George Bush Hwy Richardson, TX 75080
  • Have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
  • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
  • Reside in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
