We proudly provide quality care and developmental education to over 30,000 children aged six weeks to twelve years.We have a great opportunity for a Quality Business Partner to join our growing company!The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for managing and providing professional consultation to child day care centers licensees and applicants regarding program operations, professional services, and staff development in order to improve the quality of services. Minimum Education/Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science or Arts preferably in Early Childhood Education; Minimum of 24 credit hours of Early Childhood Education if degree is not in that particular field
  • At least 5 years experience as a teacher or primary care provider in an early child care and education setting with infants, toddlers or preschoolers; at least 2 years of childcare management or regulatory experience required.
  • Experience with employees located in multiple sites preferred.
  • Must meet all requirements to successfully complete background check.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervises Quality Enhancement Managers and Coordinators as well as serves as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department and organization.
  • Partner with regional operations to motivate the workforce and build a positive and thriving team environment.
  • Conducts weekly meetings with respective business partners.
  • Recommend and implement strategies for moving from basic compliance to aspirational quality.
  • Administer all Quality initiatives, policies and programs for the assigned region.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the Quality group to develop solutions, programs and scorecards/dashboards.
  • Comply with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
  • Interpret statutory and administrative rule requirements for licensing.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of licensing, health and safety, QRIS, and accreditation requirements related to day-to-day operations of schools, management of employees, and implementation of quality standards, both internal and external to ensuring regulatory compliance and QRIS performance standards.
  • Develop training in response to non-compliance and/or source training from third party and ensure that employees receive the necessary training to both correct and prevent non-compliance and/or support and manage QECs with these tasks.
  • Participates in evaluation and monitoring of Quality training programs to ensure success, in coordination with others across the organization. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met and/or support and manage QECs with these tasks.
  • Design and implement corrective action work plans with operations and other Company partners (and determine the appropriate persons responsible) for implementing the needed changes and/or support and manage QECs with these tasks.
  • Provide technical assistance to achieve compliance and/or support and manage QECs with these tasks.
  • Cite rule violations and sets time limits for compliance and/or support and manage QECs with these tasks.
  • Track the progress of corrective action plans at the school level in cooperation with business partners in the assigned region.
  • Recommend policies to address frequent non-compliances across the company and uniquely in each region.
  • Align all work performed with our New Day Principles.
