Team Member will be dedicated to in-depth support of the features and functionality of the UKG TeleStaff software for Public Safety. This role is pivotal and hinges on consistency, accuracy, and timing. In addition to providing support for Public Safety Civil Service Members, you will provide knowledge, process guidance and usage tips, ensuring the highest accuracy for daily rostering. As a problem solver, you will research reported issues and provide guidance for resolution. You will analyze reported issues and carry out initial diagnostics before determining next step escalation to AFD UKG Core team for research and resolution. This position will regularly step back, look at the recurring questions and issues, and assist in development of job aids. Duties include:

The minimum qualifications for this position require: Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Business or Public Administration or related field, plus five (5) years of experience in a professional/administrative capacity.
