- Take ownership in your work area and ensure you are making the best quality product in high volume
Your profileYou are best equipped for this task if you have:
- At least 18 years old with a High School diploma or equivalent
- 6 months + of cleanroom and fab experience, operating equipment used in high-volume semiconductor fabrication
- Ability to work in a team-driven environment to meet safety, quality, and production goals
- Ability to work quickly processing material to provide a high-quality product
- Knowledge and/or experience with equipment qualifications, process, and equipment specifications
- A high sense of ownership, and pride in your work
- Ability to lift/carry 10 pounds repetitively
- Ability to walk/stand throughout the 12-hour shift
- Motivation to be part of a productive team
- Rotating day shift of 12-hours per day (1 week = 3 days, 2nd week =4 days)
