Job description: Job Title: Senior Credit Analyst – ABLLocation: Austin, TXWhat you’ll do: The Credit Analyst position is responsible for supporting the management activities and growth efforts of the Technology Banking group’s Asset Based Lending (ABL) credit portfolio. This individual will directly support and assist the Portfolio Manager(s) and Relationship Manager(s) in:
1. All activities required of sound portfolio management and
2. The underwriting of credit transactions.What we are looking for:Proactively seek workflow tasks from the Portfolio Manager(s) and Relationship Manager(s)Complete accurate financial spreads, borrowing base calculations, financial covenants, and portfolio review related reportsIdentify, monitor, and provide thoughtful financial and collateral trend analysisAssist in the underwriting of credit transactions for new and existing clientsMaintain a current status on tickler reporting itemsQualificationsCollege degree (BA or BS) from a four (4) year college or university 1-2 years experience working in a commercial bank credit setting.Intermediate-level knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word and ExcelUnderstanding of financial statement analysisPossess strong analytical, presentation, communication, organizational, and critical thinking skillsDetail-oriented and with ability to self-motivate and complete time sensitive tasks without supervisionInterested in working with venture-backed technology companiesBenefits you’ll love:
