These training modules will educate stakeholders on how to use The New System, how it’s organized, what the differences are between the old and new systems, focusing on changes in terminology and data field definitions. The curriculum will need to be developed along with guides and contracted trainers will be expectedRequirement:a. Bachelor’s degree, or higher.
b. Five or more years of experience designing, delivering and/or managing internal and external facing software testing, training, and/or implementation projects.
c. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
d. Proficiency in Camtasia, Articulate, Cornerstone or other authoring tools.e. Proven success in transforming raw content into informative, engaging, and compelling learning experiences.
e. Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, internal/external communications, audio scripts/video scripts.CI-JV
