New American Funding (NAF) is a nationwide mortgage lender committed to providing tailored home financing solutions across the United States. As the Traffic Control Manager at NAF, you will play a vital role in overseeing the flow of marketing projects across various departments. Your primary responsibility is to manage the intake, assignment, and tracking of marketing requests, ensuring that projects are assigned to the correct departments and completed on time. You’ll establish deadlines for each project stage, and work closely with marketing sub-teams to ensure their processes are efficient. This role involves optimizing workflows, enhancing process alignment, and coordinating between multiple teams to handle an increasing volume of requests. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the flow of marketing projects through various departments, ensuring they are assigned to the correct teams and completed on time.
  • Build schedules and create deadlines for each stage of a project, ensuring milestones are met and keeping the process on track.
  • Collaborate with marketing sub-teams to manage their specific processes for handling tasks, and timelines.
  • Develop and implement streamlined workflows to manage high volumes of requests, utilizing tools like TopDesk and Asana.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of marketing requests, providing insights into project timelines and bottlenecks.
  • Establish reporting systems to track how much time projects are taking and ensure timelines are being adhered to.
  • Work closely with content, creative, and technical teams to ensure cohesive project execution, including understanding design specifications and UX/UI requirements.
  • Utilize AI tools such as Writer to optimize content creation and support marketing initiatives.
  • Prioritize and communicate project timelines to ensure deadlines are met and adjust schedules as needed to meet changing business priorities.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve request management processes, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.
  • Provide training and support on request management tools and ensure consistent use across the organization.
  • Manage the internal text message communication system for Loan Officers to promote new marketing initiatives and promotions.
  • Oversee Spanish translations through external vendors and ensure they are approved by internal teams.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise during project execution to maintain smooth workflow and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in marketing, traffic management, or project coordination.
  • Proven expertise in workflow optimization, request management, and project tracking.
  • Proficiency with request management tools such as TopDesk and Asana.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights for process improvements.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of creative processes, design specifications, and UX/UI requirements.
  • Familiarity with AI writing tools, such as Writer, to assist with content creation and optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with cross-functional marketing, creative, and technical teams.
